    A carving set is ideal for receptions, parties and daily meals. It allows you to serve the meat properly, but above all to cut it without a hitch!
    This beech wood box includes:
    A carving fork whose long teeth facilitate a straight and regular cut.
    A carving knife with a smooth blade that does not tear the meat.
    Each kitchen accessory is made in the Claude Dozorme workshops in Thiers, artisanally and traditionally, by skilled and passionate craftsmen.
    Technical specifications:
    The carving knife and fork were forged in a steel X50CrMoV15.
    0.50 carbon for blade cutting edge, 0.15 chromium making these accessories stainless
    1% molybdenum and vanadium for flexibility and easy re-sharpening.
    The blade offers a smooth cutting edge that does not tear the meat. The razor sharpening gives a very good cutting hold and excellent cutting edge.
    The handle is made of olive wood, maintained by stainless steel nails. This service is delivered in a beech wood box. A great idea for your entertaining or gift giving.
