Cheese Knife XXL: In addition yo being aesthetic, this knife includes spikes at the end of the blade to facilitate the service of the cheese. It is preferable to provide two different knives to avoid interactions of tastes. Has a stainless steel rivet and a half-tand blade with heat treatment.
X46Cr13 stainless steel. The rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.
Sausage Knife: This sausage knife has a slightly curved and serrated blade that will allow you to cut slices of sausage without difficulty. The holes which form the word "sausage" on the blade are not only aesthetic: they prevent adhesion between the sausage and the blade during cutting.
The handle of this knives are made of olive wood.
