- The products are not dishwasher safe. We recommend that knives, bowls and serving pieces be cleaned immediately after use. Especially foods with a high acid content should be removed as it may damage and stain the surface. Acidic foods include citrus fruits, mustard, ketchup, oil and vinegar dressings, spinach, rhubarb, etc. Clean the products using warm water and a mild liquid soap. To protect the mirror surface only use brushes with soft bristles or a soft cloth for cleaning
