All stainless steel products are hand-polished, which is a rather time consuming process performed by only the most skilledcraftsmen. 18/8 (13% chromium, 10% nickel, 72% steel). Georg Jensen’s stainless steel home décor, tableware and cutlery are all made of this quality.
