    The Perfect Host Gift

    We enjoyed a weekend stay with new friends in NYC. I selected this beautiful server and had it mailed directly to them before we arrived. It was a huge hit and I know that they enjoyed using it for Rosh Hashanah and it will be used throughout the year.

    Beautiful but not good to roast a brisket in

    I really looked forward to cooking and serving my brisket in this piece for Rosh Hashanah. I have made many holiday briskets over the years, but this year’s brisket took forever to cook in this piece. It is a beautiful serving dish and I will continue to use it for salads or as a serving dish, but not withstanding that it is oven safe to 500°, it did not seem to conduct enough heat to cook my brisket. I was very disappointed.
